Rules & Regulations

 

1. Payment fee is not negotiable.

2. Once received the Letter of Acceptance, the participant is obliged to pay the total amount of fee.

3. Participant who cancel the participation after the last registration date must pay the whole amount of the invoiced fee.

5. The entry form (together with full paper) should be submitted to Hi-WorkS2019 organizers by May 30th, 2019.

6. All particulars submitted in the entry form (including full paper) are accepted as they are. The  Hi-WorkS 2019 organizers will not be responsible for any errors in the translation or wording of descriptions published in the proceeding.

7. The organizers will also not responsible for any loss, theft, damage (due to fire or other causes) or personal injury suffered during or after the conference or in transit.

8. The participants should further agree to release and acquit the organizers for all actions, causes of actions, claims or damages of whatever kind, including the negligence of the organizers arising out of participation in this program.

9. The panel of reviewers or the members or the organizers are not liable in respect of any matters which arise from or connected to the results or conduct in organizing the conference or exhibition.

10. The decisions of the reviewers are final and no disputes or appeals will be entertained.

 

 

Participation

The research article/paper must include:

 

1. The extended abstract consists of 3 pages. Additional cost of RM100.00/page or USD25.00/page is charged for additional page.

2. Maximum of 3 authors only.

3. Please include Turnitin Report : must below <20%

4. Please do proofread and letter of completion proofread must be attached.

5. All extended abstract should include an abstract of ≤200 words with 5 - 8 keywords

6. The extended abstract should include: Introduction, Literature Review, Method, Finding, Conclusion, Acknowledgement, Reference (APA, 6th Edition)

7. Declaration and Research Ethic Form.
